Step into the Lin Xiang Xiong Art Gallery, an eight-storey art gallery built above the sea and dedicated to the vision of Art for Peace.
Explore the artistic world of Professor Lin Xiang Xiong, whose works reflect culture, history, nature and the human journey across more than six decades of artistic creation.
Visitors can also experience the special exhibition
“Equatorial Art, Nanyang Breeze: An Elite Malaysian Painting Exchange Exhibition 2026.”
The theme “Equatorial Art, Nanyang Breeze” is inspired by the rich cultures of Southeast Asia. It reflects the region’s tropical scenery—blue skies, lush greenery, and swaying palm trees—while expressing the close relationship between people, their traditions, and nature.
The exhibition was presented through an open call to artists across Malaysia, attracting 212 artists and over 400 artwork submissions. Selected works are featured alongside masterpieces by eight specially invited Penang artists and works from the co-organising institution, the Penang State Museum Board, creating a meaningful artistic exchange.
The exhibition will run from 6 June to 7 July 2026.
